Community Fee: is a one-time NON-REFUNDABLE fee that is to be paid in advance to hold a selected unit for up to 10 days. This fee is used to cover costs associated with repair and upkeep of the apartment.
Monthly Fee: The Monthly Service Fee will be pro-rated to the date of move-in and include the next month's fee if past the normal billing cycle.
Health Care Benefit: There is NO health care benefit available on the RENTAL PLAN OPTION.

REFUND TERMS: (Refund occurs when resident(s) no longer live on the Robin Run Village Campus)
- 50% Refund: Declines to 50% over a 22.5 month period. 5% processing fee at month one, plus 2% for 22.5 months. There will be a 30% Health Care Discount off the market rate for future needs.
- 90% Refund: Declines to 90% over a 3-month period. 4% processing fee at month one, plus 2% per month for 3 months. There will be a 10% Health Care Discount off the market rate for future needs.
HEALTH CARE BENEFIT:
You will receive priority admission to the Care Center with the discount according to your Entry Fee Plan.
