Our independent living residents can enjoy a delightful dining experience in our dining room. A monthly meal credit is provided, which typically covers the cost of one meal per day.
Respite Care and Short-Term Stays
For those in need of temporary care, we offer respite care and short-term stays, specifically within our memory support neighborhood.
Safety and Security
The safety and security of our residents are paramount. We have security personnel patrolling the premises from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. daily to ensure a safe living environment.
Communication with Residents' Families
We utilize an app called LifeLoop to keep residents' families informed about daily events, activities, and any pertinent updates regarding the community.
Resident Feedback and Complaints
Residents can voice their concerns or complaints directly to the resident services director or through a complaint box intended for the executive director's attention, ensuring their feedback is heard and addressed.
Staff and Training
Our staff includes licensed practical nurses (LPNs) overseeing the assisted living and memory support neighborhoods, QMAPs for medication administration, and caregivers who may or may not be certified nursing assistants (CNAs). All new hires undergo specific training to provide 24/7 support to our residents.
