Reviews
General Staff Rating
Care Staff Rating
First of all, the management there (blonde woman) who sits in the office is extremely rude and seems to not care about this facility or the residents at all. The staff to resident ratio is 2-3 caregivers for 35+ residents because some staff just don’t show up, and management has been doing nothing about it. I went to go visit my father in law with my husband and I am extremely concerned about his well being. He was soaked from not being changed and when we went to go see why he had been neglected we found out there were only TWO caregivers working. Ridiculous. I understood why and I feel bad that those two women who were working twice as hard, but my father in law and every resident there should not have to suffer because of managements inadequacy. As soon as I’m done with this review I’m reporting the woman who runs the facility. 2 Stars because they have an amazing RN and the caregivers have always been very polite and quick to fix any problems.
