Overview of Staff and Training
We have Residents assistants as well as CNA's who provide cares to residents. We also have a nurse who is here on site M-F as well as three health supervisors.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Residents do a morning check in. This allows us to know they are up and are okay. They also have a pendant that they can wear that they can push anywhere in the buildings and we are able to pinpoint where they are. We only have one entrance into the building and residents and visitors sign in and out.
Support Services for Transition
Throughout the first week of residents being here we will help with reminding them of activities and meals and really try to get them engaged in the community as well as with the residents and staff.
Transportation Services
We do offer transportation to stores for shopping if residents choose to do so. We also offer transportation medical appointments. If they have a ProHealth doctor they are able to use ProHealth shuttle transportation as well.
Dining Experience
Our dining experience is restaurant style. They are served three meals daily. They have two choices at each meal and do not need to plan ahead of time at all.
Resident Complaints and Issues
We hold resident meeting with the administrator in order for residents to voice concerns. They also are always able to come and speak with one of our directors if they have an issue. If it is an issue that the facility is not able to address they are able to contact their local Ombudsmen.
Cost of Living
The cost of living is going to depend on the level of care. The broad range is $3,100-$6,400.
Communication with Resident's Families
Families can always call to check on loved ones or ask questions. If they are ever sent out or have a fall we notify family. Any changes in conditions we notify family.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do offer a short respite stay it is a minimum of three nights and the cost again is dependent on care it is either $180 a day or $250.
Pet-Friendly Community
We allow cats in assisted living unfortunately we do not allow dogs. With this being said family can always bring in dogs and visit with residents in their room.
Waitlist Information
We do not currently have a waitlist.
Covid and Flu Vaccinations
Yes, residents are able to get both that we provide through our pharmacy.
Aging in Place
We have the full continuum of care. We have a memory on site. The memory care in recent history has always been full. With this being said we try to be proactive in when there is an opening letting our residents and their family's know we have an opening. Unfortunately, we can't always guarantee there will be an opening when one is needed.
