Im a health care worker and first of all I think this nursing staff is a disgrace! The nurses wouldn't listened to any of my family's concerns nor mine! Beautiful facility but leaves a a lot to be desired in the means of patient care! Where did you hire these CNA's and LPN's??!!?? To tell me or any of my family members that we don't understand our loved ones history is completely rude and ignorant of a statement. My mother's help tonight are the worst Nurse and CNA I have ever met and should be terminated! I will be calling tomorrow and speaking to your administrator about the incompetence of the both of you! Do not send your loved one to this facility! If I find out she is not treated with the up most respect while and dignity while remaining in your facility I will be contacting the board of nursing and lawyer!

This place is so bad I renamedIt "Pueblo Sufferings".Both my parents were there. Some caregivers were nice most weren't.   It took too long to get response for care.  It looks dark and dingy inside. The food is terrible. Not only does the food look bad but both parents would hardly eat.My mom caught C-Diff there. After she was discharged she passed away 2 weeks later.  I tried to transfer them both  out after being there 4 weeks. I went back to get my mom's belongings and they  lost them all and were not able to find them.  Sabino Canyon care was bad but this was far worse. Somehow the Medicare rating was 3.8 stars when I was searching for a place but I can't see why. Remember stay away from Pueblo Sufferings .

I had to retrieve a dear friend from this place. NOT IMPRESSED! She was left for 7 hours her first day there with no pain management medications after having major sugery. Why is it the staff are reviewing the place to get their rating up when almost all the real reviews are nothing short of a horror story. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!

I have been an employee here for about 8 months. I have worked at other facilities and I have to say the staff here really care about the residents. I’ve worked for the company for five years and this is by far one of the beautiful facilities. Every place has kinks and things that change but the staff is wonderful. We strive in patient care and they are number one! I would highly recommend this place to family and friends!

Why should 2 patients with compromised immune systems be forced to reside in the same room with their beds are with in 5 feet of one another, as well as the staff has been mean and disrespectful of patients requests and needs. Some I admit are pleasant but there are others that don't have the personality for interaction with patients and others that outright become mean and belligerent with some and even quite neglectful of patients. If the administrator is aware of this then they (owner/s)should find different work as well as all those that aren't humane to all patients.

The ppl who gave this place 5 stars are delusional! If u notice, the ppl who gave them less than three stars have similar complaints. A few staff members were good, most werenot. Rehab staff great. Terrible response time to call light. Tonite I waited 2 1/2 HOURS! Had I been dying I'd be dead! I agree with just about everyone who gave negative reviews! My daughter is pulling me out tomorrow! Pueblo Springs Rehabilitation Center is a wonderful place to heal your body. The staff, nurses, and CNAs are there for what your body needs to heal. The OT/PT staff is just phenomenal in getting your body back to where it was before, if not better. They are very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. My stay here at Pueblo Springs was very enjoyable. The CNAs kept me laughing throughout the day. It is rare to find a place that makes you feel like you were at home. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this. I hope this helps you with a little understanding on finding the right place to go.
