I have to say the the love and kindness that Kat has shown my Father during his time at PV has been such a blessing, not only for him, but for us as well. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure the residence there are happy, engaged and loved. I will always be so thankful for her!
The facility is fresh and clean, the staff is friendly, and they really strive to meet each resident’s unique needs and desires. My mother has been there more than a year now and Katherine Dyer-Wall did a great job of meeting my needs during a crisis situation a year ago.
I was recently looking for a place for my mother to live. The folks at Provident Village, especially Katherine Dyer-Wall were extremely helpful and reassuring. They took the stress out of making the decision and then made my mother's transition very easy. Again the credit for this goes to the whole staff at Provident Village and specifically to Katherine for taking us through this step by step. Thank you
I recently met with the team at Provident looking for a new home for my father. I had a great experience, especially with Carrie Chan, who took the time to educate me and answer all of my questions. The facility is beautiful and clean. All of the staff were friendly, and, most importantly, all of the residents were happy. I would definitely recommend this place!
I visited this place and met Mary to take a tour she cared about what I was saying, and even invited me to have lunch with her. I told her there is some people from the church that would definitely benefit from this facility, the lunch that they served me was awesome, she introduced me to the staff that passed by and they stop to talk to me also. Great customer service, and I will definitely move my mom in here! Thank you Marry!
My father has been a resident for the past 3 years - he started out living in the assisted living rooms but after my moms death his health seriously deteriorated and we moved him into Memory care. We chose PV because they offered this easy transition. Basically we understood that “age in place” was part of their commitment to our loved one. However, over the past 1 1/2 years their organization has deteriorated - they’ve had numerous directors, can’t keep good staff and recently change management company’s. Their new management company, Sage, has come in and basically thrown many of the families of residents in memory care into chaos. They basically gave my dad a 30 day eviction notice because he requires too much care! Now, I understand some residents are a lot of care but I was paying $5400 a month plus I paid an additional caregiver for extra help! My dad was on hospice so the staff wasn’t even responsible for his bathing or medication orders. As of today they have given 30 day eviction notices to 3 other memory care residents - just what someone needs 2 weeks before Christmas! So word of advice - be aware if your love one needs additional care as they age - this will not be the place for them. As a registered nurse I would rate the care given here as sub par. No organization or supervision of employees. This place just wants your money - it’s all about the money.
Our mother has been at Provident Village for over a year and we are very grateful for the outstanding care she has received there. From the first meeting with Kat (who continues to offer residents and their families help wherever she can) to the present, we have been overwhelmed by the level of love and compassion demonstrated by the Provident Village staff. Mina, the receptionist at PV, demonstrates warmth and helpfulness every day toward residents and their family members, and this sense of caring permeates the facility. The med techs are very knowledgeable and professional, and the nursing assistants and others on the staff who care for the residents are consistently kind and compassionate. There is an active daily social program and Penny, the social director, works tirelessly to provide interesting and enjoyable opportunities for the residents. It is a beautiful, clean, well-run facility, and it’s executive director, Pat, does whatever she can to provide the best care to residents. We have watched our mother thrive there and we are at peace knowing that she is in such loving and competent hands.
I recently had a great experience working with Katherine . I was transitioning a relative into Provident Village and Katherine made the process easy and uneventful. She took me through it step by step and worked with me during the transition and afterwards to ensure my relative had and is having a great experience. Everyone at Provident Village has been extremely helpful.
Kat and the entire PV team has made this experience for my Mom and our family so much better than expected. The knowledge shared and compassion is genuine. We've been treated very well and all that matters to everyone on the team is that Mom is happy and cared for. Can't ask for more from our new extended family. I'm grateful...

From the initial tour all they way to establishing a final home for my mom, the staff at Provident Village has provided a 1st class service. When I was deciding on a place for my mother, they stood out head and shoulders above others in the local area. Despite the multiple health challenges with my mother, they did a magnificent job of managing and communicating what she needs. During this process there was a change in leadership and staff. The new staff made sure that not was that transparent to the residents but also my family. In some areas, the service has improved. The facility continues to provide the service and care that exceeds my expectations. I would highly recommend this place for other families.
Provident has been a Godsend for our family. We needed an answer for my mother and looked at many different options, from home health to many other assisted living facilities. Provident won us over with their nice people and beautiful, new facility.Elaine and her staff do an excellent job of taking of their people, but also communicating with the families. They told us in the beginning that Provident would be our home too, meaning we have full access to visit anytime we choose. My mother started in the assisted living side, which is incredibly nice, but had to move into memory care because of her Alzheimer's. Both parts of Provident do a really good job. And most importantly, my mother is stabilizing and getting more comfortable in a place that provides her the care that she needs.
Most outstanding experience...my mom has been at both The Renaissance on Peachtree and The Piedmont in assisted living. We have finally found the most wonderful assisted living in Atlanta at Provident Village at Creekside. My mom says she is home for good! Want to thank everyone at Provident Village for treating mom with love and respect!!
