My mother has resided at Primrose Retirement Center since December 2013, their opening day.We are very pleased with the daily and weekly services provided Including Meals and Apartment Cleaning Services, On-site physical and creative activities, trips to the stores, Doctors Appointments, scheduled out-of-town trips, Movies in the Theater Room, and many other social events including Holiday and other themed parties.Additionally, my mother wears a Primrose pendant for 24 hour nursing services, which gives me a constant peace of mind. The Executive Director Toni Wolfe, and her wonderful staff, are always available if and when needed and always ready to assist residents and their families in anyway at anytime.I recommend Primrose Retirement Community to anyone in need of assistance during their elderly years and I definitely recommend Primrose for any child looking to place their parent(s) into a better quality living environment.Check Primrose out today! You won't be disappointed! It is a beautiful and well-maintained Retirement Community!"Primrose, This Is Living!"
I moved my parents to Primrose in 2014. They had a huge home, yard and too much to care for at their age. I remember the first time we visited Primrose, the energy and excitement that I felt from the staff was almost overwhelming. It felt so good to walk into a facility with a staff that obviously cares and loves those who live there. It took my parents a brief amount of time to adjust to their new home. They quickly became connected with their neighbors and really enjoyed the activities. In 2015, my dad's cancer returned and we were faced with needing additional care and support. My parents then moved from independent living to assisted living. I was amazed with the easy transition and the quality of care they received. The level of care they receive and the support they receive is more than I could ever ask for. I love everything about Primrose and the level of care and support received from everyone on their staff. Their chef takes time out of his day to stop in and visit my daddy. I would recommend Primrose to anyone looking to place their parents in a retirement community. It has been an awesome experience!
