Our Appleton community offers laundry service and housekeeping to free up your schedule from daily chores and errands. And our kitchen staff will also prepare three-nutritious, home-cooked meals every day of the week, so you can enjoy more time doing the activities you love.
Although our selection of gorgeous townhome villas are separate from the main community, all villa residents can still enjoy and partake in our community amenities, meals and activities.
Just north of Lake Winnebago and less than a 30-mile drive from the city of Green Bay, our Appleton retirement living community is surrounded by delicious restaurants, historic landmarks, museums, parks and more to explore.
To help you experience everything your new community has to offer, our Life Enrichment Coordinator plans activities both inside our retirement community and out in the city of Appleton for you to experience with friends and family.

Our restaurant is named Hilltop Farms Kitchen after the original farm that stood on our property for over a century. Hilltop Kitchen Farms features the Primrose Artisan Dining Signature Program which offers restaurant-style dining led by a professionally trained Executive Chef.
