Assisted Living Pricing
Assisted Living Pricing includes room and board that covers all utilities except for cable, which is the residents responsibly. This also covers daily maid service, weekly laundry/linen, and 3 home prepared meals a day. All apartment styles are semi-furnished with a 43” T.V, entertainment center, mini refrigerator, double door mahogany armoire, night stand, lamp, and either a twin or queen bed depending on the apartment size.

- $4,950 Studio 425 sq. ft
- $5,650 1 bedroom 569 sq. ft
Care Services
Care services are in addition to the above rate. Levels are 1-5, level 1 starts at $500.00 a month and each level thereafter are increased in $500.00 increments up to level 5, which is $2,500 per month. The level of care is determined by a nurse’s assessment which can take place at the home, hospital, or skilled rehab center.
