About Plush Mills
Plush Mills is a rental community without a large buy-in, just a one-time $6000 Community Fee. We offer a home-like, community environment in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature. Our community is conveniently located for easy access to local shopping and services. We offer Independent Living, Home Care, and Personal Care services, allowing our residents to age-in-place as their care needs change.
Independent Living
Our Independent residents enjoy studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and two-bedroom with den apartments with lovely views. All Independent Living apartments feature full kitchens and in-unit washer and dryer. Amenities include utilities, meals, housekeeping, maintenance, parking, transportation and a full array of events, entertainment and enrichment and wellness programs. Independent residents may also receive support right in their apartment through our customized and flexible Home Care services. Rates start at $5500/month for a one-bedroom apartment.
Personal Care Services
In Personal Care, we offer full size apartments as well as suites for residents who need help throughout the day with their activities of daily living, medication management, and nursing support. Monthly rates start at $7100 for a suite plus a Level of Care fee based on assessment.
