Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training
Our staff includes licensed Certified Nurse Assistants, LVNs, RNs, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Licensed Dietitians. Within 72 hours of admission, they will develop a care plan with the family, introduce themselves, and explain their roles in the care process.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We offer a lock-secured unit for patients with dementia/Alzheimer’s who are confused or prone to wandering, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Support Services for Transitioning into the Community
Our social workers assist with the rehab, restore, and return-to-home process, including applying for community waiver programs, arranging home health, hospice, and durable medical equipment.
Transportation Services
We provide our own transportation van for residents to attend doctor appointments, dialysis, etc.
Dining Experience
We offer a full-service dining experience, including snacks.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents can report complaints to any staff member or our social worker. Complaints are addressed within 24 hours and, depending on their severity, may also be reported to the state.
Cost of Living
The private pay rate is $180 a day, covering room/board, meals, snacks, doctor/NP rounds, nursing, meds, and full service.
Communication with Residents' Families
We have an open-door policy for communicating with families, offering care plan meetings in person and via FaceTime, scheduled with social services.

Residents are clinically documented daily, and any concerns are communicated to the family/POA for decision-making.

Short-term stays are covered by insurance for a minimum of 7 days, while respite stays are a 5-day minimum at $180 a day.
