Pickersgill Retirement Community Assisted Living Service Plans
Our goal is to ensure each resident's highest level of independence and quality of life. The service plan is determined prior to admission by the Pickersgill medical staff and then periodically reevaluated if needs change.

Plan A: Assisted Living (Independent Living Plus)
Active seniors enjoy carefree living in beautiful, private studios or suites with safety-equipped baths, three nutritious meals a day, medication monitoring, emergency call system, weekly housekeeping, and daily activities such as scheduled trips, classes, crafts, games and entertainment.

Personal Care Assisted Living residents receive additional attention and monitoring from staff caregivers to ensure safety and maximum quality of life. Beautiful, private studios, located on the 4th floor, have safety-equipped baths and include three nutritious meals each day, medication monitoring, an emergency nurse call system, weekly housekeeping and daily activities such as scheduled trips, classes, crafts, games and entertainment.

Plan C: Level 3 Assisted Living
Level 3 is the highest level of care available in Assisted Living. This level of care includes additional services such as two person assist with transfers either with or without a mechanical lift, preparation of special meals (chopped or pureed), assistance with eating, staff management of oxygen, foley care which includes emptying bag & rinse out as needed. Beautiful, private studios, located on the 4th floor, have safety-equipped baths, and include three nutritious meals each day, medication monitoring, an emergency nurse call system, weekly housekeeping and daily activities such as scheduled trips, classes, crafts, games and entertainment.

PICKERSGILL Retirement Community Skilled Nursing
Skilled Nursing at Pickersgill Retirement Community is designed to provide residents with a comfortable and safe, home-like environment that provides all the assistance needed with activities such as bathing, dressing and eating, as well as complete medical management. Regardless of whether Skilled Nursing is needed on a short-term basis, such as after a hospitalization, or for a longer term, all rooms and baths are private.
The service level is determined prior to admission by physician or Pickersgill medical staff and then periodically reevaluated if needs change. Current Pickersgill residents always get first priority with openings in the Skilled Nursing Center. Admission into the center is always subject to availability and not guaranteed.
