Rent Rates
Rent rates are determined and based on a sliding scale.
- Studio apartments rates are from $620 (Contract) - $685 (Market).
- One Bedroom Apartments are from $768 (Contract) to $851 (Market).
Utilities are included in the rent rates.
Entertainment Package
We also offer a bulk entertainment package for $60 per month which includes cable, Wi-Fi internet access, and a telephone landline.
Pet Policy
We accept pets 25lbs or less. Our pet deposit is $300 at move-in.
