Affordable Rates for Accommodations & Services
Our monthly fees are based on two components: The monthly base rate covers the apartment & amenities including weekly housekeeping and laundry services, activities, and scheduled transportation. The personalized service rate covers the level of personalized care we provide.
An assessment will be completed prior to move-in and after 30 days of residency. Ongoing assessments with the resident, their family, and our clinical team will occur to ensure appropriate care is received.

- Private One-Bedroom - Waverly: Ranging from $4,045 - $4,375/month
- Private Two-Bedroom – Pinnacle: Ranging from $4,620 - $4,700/month
