Welcome to Our Community

Our Staff
Our staff all have a variety of backgrounds, some are CNA, and some are LPN's, we also have RN oversight for any residents on our enhanced license program! We do extensive training upon hire and monthly staff meetings for continuous education.
Security and Safety
We have one exit/entrance in the building our residents and staff are able to use, we do have additional exits in case of an emergency, but they are alarmed so they are unable to be used regularly. We ask all visitors, staff members, providers, etc., to use the front door that is locked from the outside so they must be let in. We also keep our residents on safety checks every 4 hours so we see them frequently in case of any change in condition and to ensure they're in the building.
Community Integration
When a resident enters our community, we really encourage them to interact with other residents, and engage in activities. We pair them with others in the dining room that have similar interests, age, hobbies, that they can create a relationship with which will ease them into the building more. We also encourage families to be as involved in the process as residents, such as visiting them frequently, stay and eat lunch the day of the move, this helps them feel a little more comfortable. And of course, our 24-hour staff is always willing to help in any way necessary.
Transportation Services
We transport twice a week to appointments, every Monday and Thursday all day, within 10 miles of our community.
Dining Experience
We have restaurant-style dining, residents are assigned a seat in the dining room with other residents so they can socialize, they are served as one would be in a restaurant, with food made to order. We offer 3 specials daily, but also have an A La Carte menu if they would like something different. Additionally, there are always snacks and drinks available to our residents.
Handling Complaints
The resident complaint would be handled by our Resident Care Director, she would handle any issues with care, doctors' orders, or staff. Family is always able to ask for a meeting to discuss the issue and its resolution, we also have our Executive Director who will assist in resolving any complaints or concerns.
Cost of Living
Our cost-of-living ranges from $4,765-$6,380 for rent dependent on the room that is chosen. We also have levels of care in our community, those range from $600-$2,800 additional a month dependent on how much time our staff will spend caring for each individual resident and their needs.
Emergency Contacts and Care Plans
We ask for an emergency contact; this person will be our first contact in case of a hospitalization or a change in condition. We can review our care plans or level of care evaluation whenever they change to help you understand their specific needs and how we are planning to meet them.
Respite Stays
Our respite stays are a minimum of 30 days, with a daily rate of $250.
Pet Friendly
We are a pet-friendly community, the resident must be able to manage their animal, such as feeding it, walking it, cleaning the litterbox, etc. We currently have a dog and a cat in our community, and we have building birds who live in our Gallery!
Vaccination Clinics
We do offer vaccination clinics through our pharmacy Health Direct, we ask each resident or their family if they would like the vaccination and administer them here if they do.
Aging in Place
Residents are able to age in place here, we have our Enhanced Assisted Living Licensure so we can do a little more care in certain areas such as medical equipment, we also have a Memory Care community that we can transition residents into if there is a need. We currently do not have a waitlist.
