    Conveniently located just 20 minutes from Pinehurst, NC, in adjacent Moore County, Peak Resource’s Pinelake adult rehabilitation center has been a staple in the community for almost a decade.

    Our goal at Peak Resources Pinelake is to provide the highest quality of adult care services for you or your loved ones. That is why along with being a rehabilitation center, we are also a nursing and Alzheimer’s care unit with 90 nursing beds and 20 memory care Assisted Living beds.

    Our Carthage, NC adult rehabilitation center is designed not only for residents who have complex medical conditions but also for those who are recovering from surgery or illness. We hope that by offering residents a comprehensive rehabilitation program, we can help each resident make a more complete recovery. Our highly-skilled staff will make you or your loved ones feel at home in a comfortable and inviting environment, whether they are staying a few days or months.
