It depends on which staff you're asking about, we have Care, Kitchen, Maintenance, Housekeeping/Laundry and of course our Directors- everybody gets basic training and extra training depending on which department they're in.

We are a locked community because we have a Memory Care.
Resources for Transitioning Residents
Park Visalia has many resources to help navigate the transition and we also have a Resident Council/Welcoming Committee.
Transportation Services
We work with a few different transportation companies to help residents get to appointments, pricing is based off the company.

We do have restaurant style dining where servers come to the table to take resident's orders.
Addressing Resident Complaints and Issues
Residents can speak to any member of our staff including Directors if they have an issue they need help with.
