I thought it might be sad leaving my Grandma at Park Senior Villas. It was just the opposite. Grandma was fine, content and pleased with her room and caregivers. She is busy most of the day with the activities they have available and thriving in her new community. It is clean and refreshing to visit Grandma at Park Senior Villas. Definitely 5 STARS!!
Please don't leave your loved one here. in 2022 Park Senior villas aka pathways was found deficient according to Arizona Dept Health inspection. Findings included: Vulnerable adults left without caregivers, forged documents, medication mismanagement, missing CPR certifications, missing or expired fingerprint cards, missing caregiver certifications, and a manager who hadn't been licensed. On top of these things the "manager" was denied RN status and was censured by Arizona Board of Nursing. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is. My mom was left without clean clothes, a clean body, and isolated. She went from 112lbs to 90 lb in 3 months time.
