THAT DEPENDS ON WHICH APARTMENT IS BEING REQUESTED. I DO, AT THIS TIME, HAVE A WAITLIST FOR A 1 BEDROOM.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
WE ARE AN INDEPENDENT LIVING COMMUNITY SO WE DO NOT NEED SPECIAL TRAINING OTHER THAN WHAT IS PROVIDED FROM OUR CORPORATE OFFICE TO FULFILL OUR JOBS. IF YOU NEED MORE ON THIS PLEASE EXPOUND.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
WE PROVIDE ALL OUR RESIDENTS WITH A SAFETY PENDANT THEY CAN USE FOR EMERGENCIES. WE DO HAVE SOMEONE ON SITE 24 HOURS AND WILL BE ABLE TO CALL 911 WHEN/IF NEEDED.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
WE HAVE A “SUNSHINE” CLUB THAT REACHES OUT TO OUR NEW RESIDENTS TO HELP THEM TRANSITION COMFORTABLY INTO OUR COMMUNITY.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
YES…WE DO WEEKLY GROCERY, LIBRARY, BANK, POST OFFICE AND SHOPPING TRIPS IN AND AROUND TURKEY CREEK. WE ALSO OFFER MEDICAL TRANSPORT TO AND FROM DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS WITHIN A 10 MILE RADIUS ON MONDAYS, TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS.

WE INCLUDE BREAKFAST AND DINNER IN THE RENT AND WE OFFER A VERY NICE LUNCH FOR ONLY $3.00-CALL ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE MORE DETAILS ON THIS.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
WE HAVE A WONDERFUL EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR WHO HANDLES SUCH THINGS.

OUR ROOM RATES START WITH STUDIO AT $2395 UP TO $4495 FOR A 2 BEDROOM. EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED EXCEPT FOR LUNCH!
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
THIS VARIES DEPENDING ON THE RESIDENT. SOME WOULD LIKE THEIR FAMILIES TO BE CALLED OTHERS DO NOT AND SINCE WE ARE INDEPENDENT LIVING, WE RESPECT THE WISHES OF OUR RESIDENTS. OF COURSE IN EMERGENCIES WE MOST ALWAYS REACH OUT TO THE FAMILY.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
WE NO LONGER OFFER RESPITE AS WE ARE ALMOST FULL.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
YES, UP TO 25 POUNDS.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
YES.
Are residents able to age in place?
YES AS WE ALLOW ANY RESIDENT TO BRING IN A CARE GIVER IF NEEDED.
