Overview of Staff and Training
Between all three communities, our staff undergoes an onboarding process before hiring that covers all policies and procedures related to our communities. For Assisted Living and Memory care, we have CNAs, Med techs, an LVN, and a Resident Care Director who is our RN here in both communities.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We keep a minute-by-minute communication log of everything happening in the community as well as who has come in and out of the building(s) as well as cameras at all entrances and exits that require a key fob to come in. Between all three communities, there is an emergency pull cord in the bathroom(s) of each apartment. In Assisted living residents are required to wear a pendant that notifies all care staff when it is pressed. We are a certified memory care community which means that we undergo further training and our community has electro-magnetic locks at all entrances and exists. Residents also interact with one another in common areas and do daily activities together so that our care staff can monitor. Our LVN is also stationed in memory care and there are cameras monitored throughout the common areas and hallways to ensure safety.
Resources and Support Services for Transition
In independent living, new residents are given a resident ambassador to help navigate the community and the transition. Our wellness and engagement team is also very involved in the transition and do their best to learn about the resident(s) before arrival so that we know what they like to do and who they may find comfort with within the community. This team is also more personally involved in the lives of those in Assisted and memory care to assist with the transition.
Dining Experience
We offer a fine dining room that feels as though you are at a restaurant. All meals are prepared to order and residents can choose whatever they'd like from a full two-page menu with a Chef Specialty that changes daily between lunch and dinner. We have a full waitstaff with hosts/hostesses and waiters/waitresses.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
We are a small community and take our resident's suggestions and concerns into consideration. We have a monthly resident town hall meeting where residents can express their concerns and we also have comment cards available that are given to our team to help fix issues as they arise. We have a 24/7 concierge as well that is there to assist in any way.
Cost of Living
All three communities vary on pricing depending on floor plan and whether or not the community provides care. Is there a specific community you are interested in?
Communication with Resident's Families
We keep emergency contact information on each resident at each of our communities' front desks and notify family members of any information needed. We schedule meetings with family if we have a concern or need to speak with them regarding their loved ones. We also have all family members on an email subscription to notify them of events or activities going on throughout.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Our community is a rental and requires a 12-month lease with a 30-day notice for both Assisted Living and Memory Care and a 60-day notice for Independent living. We do not offer respite stays but work with rehab facilities if a resident needs to be sent out after a fall or accident.
Pet-Friendly Community
We are a pet-friendly community and allow pets in both Independent and assisted living.
Waitlist Information
We have waitlists in place for all 3 communities. It truly depends on the floor plan and community of interest.
Covid and Flu Vaccinations
We work with local pharmaceutical companies to do clinics inside the community for vaccines.
Age in Place
We are an age-in-place community that encourages internal transfers of residents as their needs progress. We are also about to implement Parc Care for our residents in independent living who may need extra assistance on an a la carte basis. Which I can discuss further if you would like.

Independent Living
In Independent living, we offer 9 different floor plans that can support both individuals and couples. Independent living is designed to give residents a maintenance-free lifestyle with added amenities to enjoy. The amenities and inclusions for this community are as follows:

Assisted Living
In Assisted Living we have 6 different spacious floor plans to meet everyone’s needs. We have studios, one-bedroom, and even two-bedroom floor plans.
Memory Care
In Memory Care, we offer 24 private studio apartments.
