Our Services
We offer private apartments (studios, alcoves and one bedrooms) that come unfurnished. We offer three meals daily, weekly housekeeping and laundry services, utilities (except telephone), transportation, activities as well as a 24-hour emergency pendant system, Cable TV and Wi-Fi.
We also offer Companion Suites, which are semi-private accommodations price is $2,050. In addition, we provide a tailored care plan for assisted living needs starting at $450 a month.
Our memory Care pricing starts at $3,150 to $4,200 plus care. Our secure community is tailored to the specific needs of our residents to offer the best level of comfort and care.

Available Accommodations
I will have a studio available first part of December and an Alcove also.
Price is $2,900 for the studio and $3,200 for the Alcove. This includes 3 meals a day, Direct TV and Wi-Fi, housekeeping once a week, and laundry. All residents receive an emergency pendant, and transportation to doctors and shopping is also provided.
Experienced Staff
We are very lucky here as I have been in this community for 17 years, our Activity Director for 13 years, Memory Care Director for 13 years, and other staff members for over 10 years.
All care staff undergo training on the computer and shadow experienced staff before being on the floor. They are CPR and First Aid certified and must pass a background check and physical.
24/7 Staff and Safety Measures
We have staff available 24/7 and check on residents during the night (if it's in their care plan to do so). This is also why residents have an emergency pendant to call the staff.
Community Integration
We have Ambassadors to meet and show new residents around the community, inviting them to activities and meals. Managers also participate in this welcoming process.
Dining Experience
Dining is restaurant-style; residents can choose from the main dish or an always available menu. Waitstaff take orders and serve the food. We keep track of the residents, and the concierge has a checklist to ensure all residents come down for meals, unless they are sick, in which case we provide room trays.
Management and Communication
Our Executive Director is always available for residents and family to handle any complaints. If he is not available, other managers will handle the situation.
Communication with families is conducted either by email or phone.
Pet-Friendly Environment
We love pets here and have some residents that have cats and little dogs. Families also bring in their dogs to visit the residents.
We are situated on a 4-acre park-like setting with plenty of outdoor space for residents to enjoy and walk their dogs.
