The only reason I gave a 2 star was because of a nurse Jessica Butts. They are not able to care for anyone with anything broken. They are understaffed for one. The girls that do try to help are kids and they aren't certified nurses. Our mother almost died from a left hip replacement and the 1st day took her leg cuffs off saying she was OK, 75 years old they would make her wait up to 8 hours for pain medication. After just 1 day. 2nd day she started getting weaker, by the end of that day we had to make them call 911. Had to insist 2 times. She was full of blood clots. The times that Jessica was working in those 2/3days she was one of the few people that would work double time trying to ease their pain or whatever else she was able or allowed to do. It took me months to decide to write this. I didn't want the ones that were very good to feel bad in anyway but the ones that are great with patients should be recognized so to those few girls, Jessica was on top of things. So here are my 5 stars for those girls you know who ya were. *****
