Care plans are tailored to the person. We are able to assist you with gathering this cost by scheduling an assessment.
One time community fee: $3,000.00
Pendant: $275.00 – Covers maintenance of pendant and replacement if needed.

Staff Training
All staff receive hands-on training in house. New employees must be “on-the-job” trained. Under this system, a fully experienced supervisor or employee will be assigned responsibility for the training of each new staff member.
24/7 Care Staff
We have care staff on duty 24/7 so that there is always 24-hour medical care.

Cost Assessment
The monthly cost depends on the size of the room the individual is looking for along with the care needs that are required. We would do an assessment to find out what the care needs are and can give you a service fee based off that assessment.

We are pet friendly! We do not currently have a waitlist.
Welcome to Our Assisted Living Community
We are a small, assisted living only community nestled into a residential neighborhood in Lake Oswego surrounded by a grove of fir trees. We offer a cozy atmosphere immersed in nature. Our maximum capacity is 72 residents! The perfect size for you to really know your neighbors and the staff!
Activities and Entertainment
We like to keep ourselves busy with activities ranging from exercise classes, arts and crafts, trivia and bingo to gardening, there's something for everyone! We bring in a variety of entertainers from flutists to singers and full bands!
Dining Experience
We have a beautiful restaurant style dining room overlooking all of the fir trees in the backyard. Our menu changes weekly, we have a special of the day for each meal, as well as always available options.
Amenities and Services
Your monthly rent will include weekly housekeeping, three meals a day, all utilities plus cable and a landline phone number if you desire, as well as access to our outings, weekly shopping trips and use of our bus for transportation to doctor's appointments.
