Pet Friendly Policy for Assisted Living
We welcome pets on the Assisted Living side of our community. Please note that there is a one-time pet fee of $650. It is important for residents to be capable of caring for their pet independently. Additionally, we require a written plan to be established with the Power of Attorney (POA) detailing the course of action should the resident become unable to care for their pet.

Overview of Professional Staff and Training
On the clinical side we have Med-Techs, 2 Nurses on staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and a Nurse Practitioner that serves as our attending. On the operational side, we have our Director of Facilities who manages our cleaning and laundry crews as well as maintenance, our Head Chef and his team in the kitchen, and our Activities Director. Our CEO and Owner is local, and our facility investors are local doctors, nurses, and leaders.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We utilize Care Predict technology that acts as a smart watch for residents and clinical staff. It serves as a room key, call button, activity monitor, and fall alert system. Our doors are locked from 8pm to 8am, and we have a concierge at the front desk during the day. Family members receive a key fob for 24-hour access.
Transition Support Services
Our staff and residents assist new residents with their transition, and we also involve family members in the process.
Transportation Services
We have a bus for residents' appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and we organize outings on Wednesdays for various activities.
Dining Experience
Three meals are served daily in our dining room, with an anytime menu available for room delivery as well.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents and families can speak to the concierge, nursing management, or our CEO, and we provide access to phones to contact governing authorities with complaints.
Cost of Living
Monthly costs range from $4550 for a Studio apartment to $7500 for a two-bedroom two-bath apartment. Additional fees include a second person fee, care level fee, and a one-time Community Fee. We have a special offer running through January 31st.
Communication with Residents' Families
The POA receives the Nursing Director's number, and families can set communication preferences during care plan setup. The Activities Director sends periodic activity reports.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer respite stays at $300 per night.
Vaccinations
Residents can receive both Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.
Aging in Place
Our ECC license allows residents to age in place, with some exceptions addressed on a case-by-case basis. We have a waiting list for Memory Care but availability in Assisted Living. Floor plans are available on our website paradisepointefl.com.
