We are a trusted, leading provider of long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitation in Altoona, Wisconsin. We have been serving Eau Claire, Chippewa, and Dunn Counties since 1983. Our center is nestled in a beautiful wooded setting and conveniently located near Sacred Heart, Mayo Clinic Health System – Eau Claire, and Marshfield Medical Center – Eau Claire. We are proud to be part of the Eau Claire Chamber of Commerce and serve on several committees that support senior care including: Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Chippewa Family Caregiver’s Alliance, University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Senior’s American Day, and Sacred Heart Hospital Annual Gala Committee.
