Overview of Our Professional Staff and Training
We have 24hr on-site Care staff, on-site Physical & Occupational Therapist, an Executive chef with 20 years’ experience at 4 seasons, and a Full service beauty salon.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Our safety measures include Life alert pendants for every resident, Medication management, an Alarmed building, Motion sensors in rooms to alert care staff of too much/lack of movement, and alarm buttons in all restrooms. Our care staff checks with residents every 4 hours.
Transition Support Services
Yes, we offer resources and support services to aid residents' transition into the community.
Transportation Services
Yes, we provide transportation services for residents with a Cadillac town car and Oakmont bus.
Resident Complaints and Issues
Residents are welcome to speak with our Executive Director anytime or they can bring up concerns at our monthly resident council meeting.
Cost of Living
The cost varies depending on apartment type and level of care for the resident.
Communication with Residents' Families
We send a weekly newsletter to inform families of upcoming activities and events and also a weekly Executive Director letter with community updates. Our Health Services Director also regularly updates resident families regarding any health-related topics.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We are month-to-month; however, we can accommodate a respite-like situation where on their move-in day, residents also provide a 30-day notice. We cannot do a shorter time span than 30 days. Cost varies.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community. Our one-time pet fee is $500.
