Availability and Waitlist
We do currently have a waitlist for our 2 bedroom apartments but not for the others. We have a small waitlist in memory care. We currently have openings in both Assisted Living (AL) & Memory Care (MC).
Staff and Training
Everyone on our staff has monthly training and we do have 2 full-time LVN’s.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We have a multi-pronged approach for both assisted living and memory care. We are a small community of 89 apartments, 49 in assisted living and 40 in memory care. We are only 8 years old so have all of the newer safety features in our building as well as safety checks after each meal and 24-hour staffing.
Transition Support Services
We have an Engagement Coordinator, whose job is to get to know new residents and in the first two weeks, she makes sure they are brought down to meals and introduced to the activities.
Transportation Services
Yes, we offer transportation services for doctors, shopping, church, etc.
Dining Experience
The dining room is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Oakmont has one of the best dining programs of all our competitors. We have daily specials, 1 for lunch and 2 for dinner and we also have an everyday seasonal menu to choose from.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Open door policy to our Executive Director or one may bring up an issue at our monthly Resident Council meeting.

Studios start at $6,995, one bedrooms at $8,995 and 2 beds start at $10,165.

Residents' families are updated as needed by either our Health Services Director, Wellness Nurse, or Executive Director, typically with a phone call.
