I have nothing but positive things to say about Robbinswood Northwood campus. The staff there treated my mother with care and respect throughout her lengthy, difficult decline.I was vary appreciative of their degree of professionalism, patience and quality of care, especially through Covid and my own emotional ups and downs during her stay. The staff worked closely with me to construct various comprehensive care plans throughout, especially during her final months. In my eyes, these people are truly heroes and I would highly recommend Robbinswood.
Please before placing your love one is this assisted living center, Please do your research!!! I regret the moment I place my love one in this center... The new owner will tell you a blissful, never ending story of wholesomeness, longevity but more importantly HELP. This place lack all of this!!!Please don't live with REGRET!!

My grandmother was there a few years and this staff loved and cared for her as their own! She was not the easiest of patients either! And when hospice was called in their care for the family as well as Nellie Jackman was incredible! They are hands down the best of the best and I know my family will be forever grateful!
Exceptional and caring staff. Clean and warm environment for the residents. Food is homemade and delicious. Cheryl always has lots of fun things to do and truly cares for each and every resident. Very professional and patient nursing staff. Morgan is always available for questions and information. We are thankful for everyone.
