Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
Yes, we do. It is dependent on what type of apartment you choose to get on our waitlist for would determine the wait time.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
Are you referring to Assisted Living or Independent Living?
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
We have an iAlert system that communicates with staff if a pendant goes off. We also have a check-in and out system where all visitors and residents must respect and accomplish.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?

Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Monday-Thursday 8-4pm we go to Hayden, CDA, and Post Falls areas. Friday and Saturdays are for RSVP outings such as the Casino, and Sundays are for Church services.

What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
We have a suggestion box in our community, where those notes go to our Executive Director. We also encourage our residents to come to us immediately if there is any problem so we can help find a solution.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
We send out email updates to all families when needed and we work directly with families if there are any questions, concerns, or problems.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
We do not at this time.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes we are, $300 for a deposit and then $50 each month after.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Yes, every fall we have them come into our community to provide the vaccine shots.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes. Yes we do. It is dependent on what type of apartment you choose to get on our waitlist for would determine the wait time.
