Assisted Living Studio Availability
We have 24 studios in Assisted Living and have 2 currently available. They run at $4,425 per month and that includes:
- Care coordination
- Life Enrichment programming
- Guided exercise classes
- Family updates and care conferences
- Daily & overnight I’m OK check
- Pharmacy consulting per regulations
- Nurse on call 24/7
- All utilities including cable & Wi-Fi
- 24-hour emergency response
- 3 freshly prepared nutritious meals per day & snacks
- Weekly laundry (2 loads)
- Weekly light housekeeping
Any care required is determined by a nurse assessment and there is a separate fee for those.
We would need a $500 reservation fee to take a unit off the market and reserve it for your loved one.
Elderly Waiver Program
We also accept the Elderly Waiver at this time, which means that the rent is reduced and care is covered by EW. We are able to offer accommodations to those who are on the Elderly Waiver at this time.
