I witnessed a “staff member” tell a patient when they were asking for help to find her room The staff response was “ Yoy found it once you can find it again” Next I heard a patient call out for help at least 11 minutes I finally told the other staff This patient was thirsty and out of water Another patient I witnessed sitting in common cafe area with spilled test all over them, I witnessed staff continue to walk pass I witnessed staff yelling at a patient to get back to there room NOW My granddaughter … grandfather fell I was told by roommate took them at least 17 minutes to get in there The place is dirty Beds are rusty at rails Bathroom sink was stopped up Sad sad sad
