This was my favorite job as a CNA. I have been a CNA over 20 years and it was the last place I worked. They really care about their worker's and residents. From the administrator down, would actually help you and with the residents. I give them 5 stars, from administrator down to the house keeper's
I am appalled at the conditions the residents of this facility have to live in. It’s dark and dreary, the smell of urine is strong, roaches and rats have been spotted. The employees show no empathy or kindness to the elderly patients. My grandmother has had things taken from her from the employees and placed elsewhere. The employees are lazy and talk disrespectful to the elderly. If you notice most of these reviews are from employees who were probably told to go and write a review. If you have to send someone here be vigilant and be on the look out for your loved one.
I am nurse for NHC Rossville, I've been an employee going on 8 years. We have an amazing staff that genuinely cares for our residents. Our residents become our family. I'm very proud to be apart of the NHC family and I would definitely recommend this facility to my family and friends.
My wife fell and needed rehabilitation, the entire staff has been great, funny polite and respectful. They have been supportive of any need we had as the staff have gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs from the office, nurses, rehab staff, kitchen and house keepers. If we ever need to be in rehab again this is where we will come.
I am a nurse at NHC Rossville and I absolutely love working here. I work the rehab and the long term care sides. The staff is amazing with their patient care and professionalism. The care and compassion I see everyday I would definately recommend my family and friends, also the public to come let us care for needs. The rehab department is by far the best I've seen. Your family becomes our family. I feel honored to be apart of such and amazing staff and company.
I love working at NHC. I've been here almost two months, and it's a learning experience for me. I love everyone in dietary and the other staff members are so sweet. I'd definitely recommend us to people looking to stay here. We love our patients and make sure that they are very well taken care of.
I am a patient here and have been here 3 times for rehab. You can not help love the staff here, they are by far the very best! This is the only place i will come. I sleep great at night also. And the food is very good, all three meals. The CNA's are great, especially Bebeca, PJ, Suwanda, and others. John is in charge of the Rehab Dept. I have seen some miracles preformed. All the therapist are very professional while being personal with each patient according to their needs.
