Our Services and Amenities
We are a Skilled Nursing facility that is staffed with RN’s, LPNs, MD’s and CNAs that are in direct care with our residents.
Social workers coordinate discharges and sets up home care and equipment needed for the residents going back into the community.
Transportation is booked for Residents going on appointments.
We have a Dining room for the residents on each floor, for residents to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner.
All Complaints given by resident is addressed with the department it pertains to and followed up by making sure the resident is happy with resolution.
Pricing and Payment Options
Private pay is $500/Per day.
Family and Resident Engagement
Care plan meetings are held to keep families updated, Families are also notified of all changes.
Stay Options
Short term and Respite stay is offered. Billed by insurance or the private pay rate of $500/Per day.
Health and Safety
Yes, Flu and COVID vaccines are offered to Residents in the Facility.
Longterm Care
Yes. We offer longterm care. We do not have a wait list.
