    Review Summary

The following is an AI generated summary of the reviews of the community from across the web.

Reviews of New Orange Hills show a mixed range of experiences from families and patients. Some highlight the exceptional care, attentiveness, and professionalism of the staff, including CNAs, LVNs, RNs, and administrators. They commend the facility for its patient care, rehabilitation services, and the efforts to make patients feel at home and part of a family. Activities and support from various staff members are appreciated, contributing to positive experiences and recovery outcomes.

However, other reviews express significant concerns about the facility's cleanliness, management, and the quality of care provided. Issues such as inadequate attention to dietary needs, inconsistent nursing care, and poor communication are mentioned. Some reviewers report serious neglect, including unattended medical needs, lack of cleanliness, and insufficient response to patient requests. These negative experiences have led some to strongly advise against choosing the facility for loved ones.

While there are accounts of remarkable progress and recovery, particularly in physical therapy and rehabilitation, there are also distressing reports of potential harm and neglect. The facility's response to these concerns, if any, is not mentioned in the reviews.

Overall, the reviews of New Orange Hills present a facility with notable strengths in some areas, particularly in rehabilitation and some aspects of patient care, but also significant weaknesses that have deeply affected the experiences of some patients and their families. Prospective clients may need to weigh these contrasting experiences carefully.
