PROGRAM and RATE INFORMATION
New Horizons at Marlborough is a large, not-for-profit retirement and continuing care community. The information below describes accommodations tailored to each resident's individual needs and preferences. A 100 percent refundable Entrance Fee of $30,000 (per apartment), is reflected in all rates shown below.
INDEPENDENT LIVING AT THE MEADOWS 370, Cottages & Villas
The Meadows program is designed for fully independent active seniors. Our luxurious one and two- bedroom residences are surrounded by approximately 100 acres of pristine conservation land.
Many residents of The Meadows enjoy a daily breakfast provided in the 370 Breakfast Nook. Resident-sponsored activities are available, as well as health and fitness programs offered as part of the on-site health club or pool. The “Cottages” or “Marcos’ Villas” rental units are also available for those who prefer to prepare all meals or purchase monthly meal plans. Monthly fees include heat, hot water, air conditioning, and basic telephone and cable service.

FULL-SERVICE RETIREMENT LIVING AT THE MEADOWS 420
For active individuals who desire a community lifestyle with a more extensive hospitality package, but who do not presently need personal care assistance, the Full-Service Retirement program is ideal. Residents enjoy spacious, fully applianced, accommodations with weekly housekeeping and flat linen service, scheduled transportation, and daily dinner in a casual but elegant dining room. A complete activity program includes a full medley of educational, recreational and social programs, exercise classes, and an indoor heated pool, featuring water aerobics classes. Monthly fees for these apartments include heat, hot water, air conditioning, and basic telephone and cable service.

FULL SERVICE & ASSISTED LIVING AT NEW HORIZONS
Private one, two, and three-room suites, each with its own kitchenette, are offered for residents who desire the comfort and convenience of three daily meals, weekly housekeeping with flat-linen service, a full array of activity and fitness offerings, plus scheduled transportation. New Horizons provides a 24-hour receptionist, and a 24-hour nurse is on site for medical emergencies. Many residents also enjoy the on-site religious services, the greenhouse with raised garden beds, and the welcoming waters of the large, heated indoor pool.
Monthly fees include all utilities, with basic telephone and cable service, and all of the amenities described above; the monthly charge for a second occupant is only an additional $100. The monthly fees for most available units, excluding an individualized service plan, are as follows:

Our staff is caring, calm, inquisitive, and attentive with the one goal of connecting with each individual based on the individual’s comfort level and ability. We provide nutritious meals and snacks daily, personal care and assistance 24/7 and meaningful social and recreational activities tailored to an individual’s interests and abilities.
