Overview of Our Staff and Training
We have a full staff well-trained in what we offer: Housekeeping, Meals prepped and cooked, Office management, and Activity management.
Safety and Well-being Measures
All outside doors of the community are locked with the exception of the main door where guests sign into the building. We provide a lively device to all residents (included).
Transition Support Services
We have a home care company onsite in the building which aids in service, and they are here 24 hours per day. Being independent, you can bring any caregiver you need into your apartment.
Transportation Services
Yes, we have a bus for local transportation within a five-mile radius.
Dining Experience
We offer three meals per day: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all served to you at your table.
Complaint Resolution Process
Any complaint should be filed with our General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager.

The prices vary based on the size of the apartment.

We have an email system in place, but as we are independent, it is primarily up to you to communicate if you choose.
