Service Packages
To simplify pricing structures, we offer four service-level packages. Each resident’s care plan is personalized to their needs and based on their overall need for daily assistance and acuity. The service packages vary and will be established by an RN (or designee as determined per state regulations) who completes a total resident evaluation before move-in. Packages may include but are not limited to services such as medication management, hygiene-related care such as dressing, bathing, and grooming, oversight and monitoring of blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, and other daily vitals, and help to and from meals.

Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Edgewood's staff includes a Nurse Practitioner available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and CNAs. We also provide on-site Physical and Occupational Therapy Monday through Friday. All staff undergo Relias Training and Teepa Snow training to ensure the highest quality of care.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, each is provided with an emergency pendant upon move-in. We have a nurse manager for each area of our community, and our staff are trained to respond to pendant calls and provide the necessary care and services as outlined in each resident's care plan.
Transition Support Services
We offer support through our Family Relations Director/Resident Safety Advocate, nurses, and other staff to assist residents and their families during the move-in process and any transitions within the community.
Transportation Services
Edgewood provides transportation to medical appointments, weekly grocery store visits, and other stores/facilities in the FM area to meet the needs of our residents.
Dining Experience
Our memory care and enhanced care residents have their own dining areas, while Independent and Assisted Living residents enjoy meals in two large dining rooms. Residents are served at their tables and can choose from two options for lunch and supper, with an alternative menu available daily.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Residents are encouraged to bring any concerns to our Family Relations Director/Resident Advocate, Assistant Executive Director, or Executive Director. Information and access to our corporate office and the Ombudsman are also provided.
Cost of Living
Living costs range from $3,425 for a 1-bedroom independent living apartment to $9,650 for the highest level of care in our secure memory care area.
Communication with Residents' Families
Our nurses and administrative staff/directors maintain excellent communication with families about residents' needs, services, and well-being.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Short-term respite stays are offered based on availability, with costs depending on the required care or services. Our Adult Day Service in Memory Care typically costs $30/hour.
Pet-Friendly Community
Pets are allowed in our Independent Living area, and families can bring pets to visit in all areas of the community.
Waitlist Information
We currently have a waitlist for Assisted Living, Enhanced Care, and Memory Care, but have openings in our Independent Living.
Vaccination Services
Residents are able to receive Covid and flu vaccinations within the community.
Aging in Place
Residents can age in place, though as their needs change, they may move to different areas within our community, all under one roof.
