Overview of Our Staff and Training
Our team includes a Health Service Director, Medication Tech. Caregivers, and CNA(s). All staff undergo Teepa Snow PAC Training for Positive Approach Care and are CPR Certified.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Our Memory Care is secured with locked doors on units for added security. We conduct Care Plan Meetings every 6 months and provide direct contact to our Administrator, Health Service Director, and Community Resource Director. DR. Kleckley visits twice a week to oversee resident health.
Transition Support Services
We offer extensive support for families transitioning into our community, including referrals for Home Care, Hospice Care, Adult Day Care, and Support Groups.
Transportation Services
Transportation is provided exclusively for Field Trips.
Dining Experience
All residents dine together to ensure a well-balanced meal, with an Always Available option and accommodations for those who need finger foods or mechanical soft food.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Health Care related issues are directed to Judy, minor issues to the Community Resource Director, and major concerns to Denise, our administrator. We also provide external contacts for further assistance.
Cost of Living
Costs range from $6800-$7200 for a Private Apartment and $5400 for a shared apartment, all-inclusive. Incontinence supplies are an additional $200.00 per month.
Communication with Families
We maintain open communication with families to keep them updated on their loved ones' well-being.
Short-term or Respite Stays
While typically full, if available, respite stays cost $250.00 per day with a minimum of 14 days.
Pet-Friendly Community
Pets are welcome to visit with up-to-date vaccination records.
Vaccinations
Covid vaccinations are not required by families, and our Pharmacy offers Flu shots annually.
Aging in Place
Residents can age in place within the limits of assisted living. Conditions requiring skilled nursing or specific medical interventions necessitate relocation.
