Extended to those needing help with daily activities, such as dressing or bathing, and inclusive of medication management. Conducted by our nurse, our simple point system takes into account the cost and time of providing each service; the cumulative score determines your level of care. The resulting Individual Service Plan offers the right amount of assistance when you need it.

Reflections All-inclusive Memory Care

For residents with Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related conditions, we offer a secure Reflections neighborhood within our community. Under a Lavender Sky (by which we reference MorningStar’s philosophy and approach to dementia care), we purposely enter, embrace and explore in loving support of the memory-impaired.
