Many reviews highlight the warm welcome, atmosphere of love, and comfort provided by the community, praising the caregiving team for their wonderful efforts. Residents appear happy and engaged, with the facility being clean and the staff professional yet personable. Significant improvements in activities programming and food quality have been noted, contributing to a stronger sense of community.
However, some reviews express concerns about management changes, billing issues, and confusion regarding resident identities. There are also mentions of challenges in communication, insurance, and billing, but these are acknowledged as part of dealing with any business entity. Despite these issues, the respect, dignity, and assistance provided to residents, especially in memory care, are highly appreciated.
Positive feedback from families who have placed their loved ones in the community underscores the caring and attentive staff, with specific commendations for the team's efforts in keeping residents busy and well-fed. The quality of compassion and care is frequently mentioned as a standout feature.
On the other hand, some negative experiences have been shared, including concerns about staff behavior, leadership, and the overall work environment. These reviews suggest a need for improvement in staff management and communication. Despite these criticisms, many families and former employees speak highly of the care provided, recommending the community for its supportive and loving environment.
Overall, while there are areas for improvement, particularly in management and staff relations, the community is largely celebrated for its compassionate care, engaging activities, and the positive impact on residents' lives.
