  • Review Summary

The following is an AI generated summary of the reviews of the community from across the web.

The reviews for this senior living facility present a mixed picture of experiences and opinions. Many reviewers praise the care provided by the nursing staff, highlighting their dedication and the excellent care received by their loved ones. The facility is described as a safe place with great food, and some reviewers have noted the long tenure of the nursing staff as a positive sign of stability and quality care.

One reviewer, who had a family member at the facility, appreciated the comprehensive care and personal attention their loved one received, especially noting the staff's efforts to keep them informed about their loved one's condition. The facility's ability to accommodate residents with varying needs, including those requiring more consistent bed care, was also mentioned positively, along with the variety of dining options and activities available to residents.

However, not all feedback is positive. One review criticizes the facility's policy during the Covid-19 pandemic, particularly regarding visitation rights at the end of a resident's life. Another review expresses dissatisfaction with the care received, describing it as unacceptable.

Overall, while many reviews highlight the caring staff and the quality of care provided, there are concerns about specific policies and instances of care that did not meet expectations. Prospective residents and their families may want to consider these varied experiences when making a decision.
