The rate of our assisted living community is charged on a monthly basis. This rate covers weekly housekeeping with towel and linen service, 3 meals daily and snack cart, all utilities, daily checks, minimal assistance with dressing/bathing and activities. Charges for ancillary services (such as medication management) are billed separately.

Welcome to Monroe Village, a Life Plan Community
We are an all-inclusive retirement community, also called a life plan community, so we do have assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing on our campus. However, much of our campus and living accommodations are for people who are still independent and looking for an all-inclusive amenity and service package.
About Monroe Village
Monroe Village, a Life Plan Community is located on 55 acres in Monroe Township, New Jersey. This premier retirement community consists of apartment homes for active adults age 55 and older as well as on-campus health service centers. Our Residency Agreement provides an all-inclusive service and amenity package that alleviates home maintenance and upkeep concerns, allowing you to live a more engaged and worry-free life.
Health Service Centers
The licensed health service centers, which include assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation and skilled nursing provide the assurance that you can receive future care on-site if ever needed.
