Unfortunately we had an awful experience with this facility and owner. We filed 2 complaints with social services. One for an illegal eviction and the 2nd for an illegal processing fee. Both were SUBSTANTIATED on social services. This is FACT not opinion. Go see for yourself!!
When I met the owner of mom and dads we were so happy! Unfortunately we were charged a $2500 processing fee upon signing our lease which had never been discussed. Upon moving in there were many extension cords all plugged into one outlet. We also an encounter with an unvaccinated employee. Our biggest issue was my mother being illegally evicted from this facility. This is a FACT and is SUBSTANTIATED on social services where we filed our complaint. See for yourself! Owner appealed complaint 2x and lost both appeals. Do your homework. Don’t make the same mistake we did.
Unfortunately our experience at mom and dads house was not good. My mother was illegally evicted and she was also charged an illegal processing fee if $2500. This is a FACT! We filed a complaint with social services and are complaints are SUBSTANTIATED on there. Check for yourself then ask yourself if this is where you want to place a loved one. Our only hope is to save another family the heartbreak ours went through.
