No Wait List for Assisted Living or Memory Care
We have RN’s, LPN’s and PCA’s- they all have to go through an extensive training course online and then they are shadowed by someone for 2 weeks before going out on their own.
We take great pride in ensuring our residents' safety and well-being- we have a locked facility in our Memory Care Unit- the residents can have safety checks every half hour if needed.
Yes, we do offer transportation services.
Dining
It is different for both buildings- Memory Care- it depends on what we call Pod they live in- they dine in their pod- they are assigned a table and food is served to them. In Assisted Living- they all dine in the same dining room- food is served to them.
Addressing Complaints or Issues
If a resident has a complaint or an issue- they can speak to the Executive Director, Director of Nursing, or myself.
