    Our Castleton-area nursing care and rehabilitation center is one of two Miller’s nursing homes in Indianapolis. We are located on the northeast side of Indianapolis, making us conveniently close to Community Hospital North. The facility offers a full spectrum of care, from outpatient therapy to long-term nursing care to assisted living apartments. We are a Medicare/Medicaid certified facility.
