Professional Overview
As far as an overview of professionals, this is something where I would bring in my General Manager to help better answer your question.
Safety & Well-being of Our Residents
To ensure the safety & well-being of our residents: We have a daily check-in system for all residents, for both independent and assisted. For residents that are on assisted living services, our nurse does an assessment with them that is specific to their needs. Are you looking for or interested in independent or assisted living?
Transition Support Services
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? We have a resident ambassador program that helps residents transition into the community along with a welcome home program that the directors/staff members enforce.
Transportation Services
Do you offer transportation services for residents? We do. We provide transportation on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s for doctor's appointments. We also have a grocery outing day on Wednesday’s.
Dining Experience
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? We have what is called Anytime Restaurant Style dining from 7AM-7PM. Our dining room is open every day from 7AM-7PM. We have a full wait staff and our menu changes daily. Residents can come at their convenience during those hours as many times as they want.
Handling Complaints and Issues
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? Complaints or issues of concerns are taken to our General Manager and always handled by our GM.
Cost of Living
What is the cost of living in your community? It varies by apartment type. We have Studios starting at $2595 a month. Are you interested in Independent living or Assisted living? Assisted living services are extra.
Communication with Resident's Families
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? Our General Manager would handle items pertaining to the community as a whole, and our Resident Care director would communicate with families for anything concerning care needs. Families are encouraged to reach out to either of them with questions at any time.
Short-term or Respite Stays
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? We do not offer Short-Term Respite Stays.
Pet-Friendly Community
Are you all a pet-friendly community? Yes, we are a Pet Friendly community. Small dogs & cats are welcomed. We have a $55 monthly pet fee.
Vaccination Services
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community? Yes, we host annual flu clinics, and we have given COVID vaccines when a new one is available.
Aging in Place
Are residents able to age in place? Yes, but it depends. Should their care needs exceed what state regulations allow, then a family may be looking at moving their loved one to memory which we provide, or, to skilled nursing which we do not offer.
