Our apartments prices are as follows:
Studio: $3,450 and up
1 Bedroom: $4,350 and up
2 Bedroom: $5,750 and up
Double occupancy fee for 2nd person is an additional $1,100 per month.
We have care plans available if you should need assistance from our staff, our care plans are created specifically for the individual to ensure the best quality of care.
Care packages costs for independent or assisted living:
Level # 1: Up to 125 Points costs $570.00 per month
Each additional level goes up by 100 points for an additional $440.00 per month.
