My grandmother was transferred there and it seems like I can never get ahold of anybody and when I do and I asked him questions about her health they don't ever know what's going on with her and they're very short with you I've been hung up on Two Times by then my grandma tells me it's very dirty in there they don't have proper medical stuff to even treat the patients like bedpans and clothes and stuff
I am appreciative of my grandma receiving care at Medical Hill. However, I don't appreciate everytime I call a staff member says " let me transfer you" knowing the other stations will not pick up. I feel they are just trying to get me off the phone. I wasn't going to write a review , but I have called over 50 times and experienced this. It is very difficult to communicate with this facility and to receive updates on my grandma. It is frustrating , especially at a time where family members cannot visit.I forgot to mention most time than not they don't answer the phone !!!I just called on Christmas at least 5times at different times and no response. I could not even say Merry Christmas to my grandma. I called my grandma cell, but it's going to voicemail. I paid her phone bill so I know that's not the problem. Her phone needs to be charged and I tried to tell the facility but they did not answer all day . Hopefully this means they are providing the residents with excellent care.
Nurses don’t follow COVID guidelines. They rarely use their gloves, use the elevator where there are no COVID patients after coming from the COVID Ward. Covid Can stay on a surface, room, ELEVATOR for a certain period of time. Imagine the people with no COVID using the elevator to see their sickly relative in the ward with no COVID. Every time they submit a new patient or long term patient into the COVID Ward the place gets $50,000. Imagine them submitting your loved one in there just based on a cough! Well that’s what they did to mine. And he died soon after, despite being cured from cancer. If he did have Covid the nurses gave it to him. If you have received or witnessed bad treatment/wrongful death any sorts of abuse please contact my email [email protected]. A CASE NEEDS TO BE MADE.
Very disappointed place and one of the worst healthcare center I ever been; why?1—- The group of the professional people that I road on the review are not even responsible about there patient.2—— I just moved in today and they put me in a sharing room with person on oxygen device and they don’t even have Ear Plugs to I can sleep.3—— I came out from the hospital because of the bed sores and I arrived to the facility and they don’t have Air mattress for my situation and my needs....What’s good at it??????? I’m writing this review now at 2:36AM of 03/06/20 and wait for the morning to move out of here😞😞😞
