FAQs
Do you guys currently have a waitlist? Yes. Anything larger than a one bedroom requires a waitlist.
Could you share pricing and any other general information? Attached.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility? We have all different types of professionals here, both in operations and the health center. We have RN’s, CAN’s, Medical Technicians, etc.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents? All independent living apartments/homes have pull cords in the bedroom and bathrooms. Residents also get a pendant to wear. We also have a movement sensor in each apartment so that if there is no movement within 17 hours, we check on them.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? We have “greeters” that are residents who take new residents under their wing and help them get acclimated.
Do you offer transportation services for residents? To doctor appointments within a 12 mile radius and to food stores.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? Our flexible meal plan is included in the monthly fees.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? Send an email to management and it will be addressed.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? Unless there is a problem, we do not keep in touch with resident families.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? Yes. The daily rate for the health center is attached.
Are you all a pet-friendly community? Yes.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community? Yes.
Are residents able to age in place? Yes. That is an added fee, but it is possible.
