You may put a community fee of $2000 and this will hold the apartment of your choosing for 14 days.
Activities and Amenities at Meadowmere & ManorPointe
We have at least three activities per weekday in our independent building including cards, bingo, crafts, luncheons, live entertainment, cooking classes and much more. Our residents are always welcome to join in on our weekly happy hour celebration with live bands every Friday at our assisted building! (We will also bus our independent residents over if they sign up for transportation to the event) Our community is very active and our Lifestyles staff and residents are incredible at welcoming our new move-ins and getting them involved in the many activities that Meadowmere and ManorPointe have to offer.
Dining Options
While continental breakfast is included every weekday morning for our independent residents, they are also able to pre-order lunch and dinner meals from our assisted living kitchen every week for an additional $15/meal. Dessert and drinks are included and dessert choices change daily. Vouchers are available for purchase in our building manager’s office. There are always two special entrée choices per meal in addition to our everyday menu (burgers, grilled cheese, hot dog, chef’s salad, fruit and cottage cheese, etc.) Continental Breakfast includes pastries, fruit, cereal, granola bars, oatmeal, cookies, coffee and juice etc. On Fridays, we also serve an eggbake. Continental Breakfast is served every weekday from 8:30 to 9:30AM.
Included Amenities
Also included is heat, electricity, A/C, water, wireless internet, activities and bussing to community scheduled events. We do have underground, heated parking for an additional $75/month. (Cable phone and internet are included at the assisted level only, as well as other amenities).
Pet Policy
We are also pet friendly with all cats welcome and all dogs under weight limit as well for an additional fee. See attached guides for information.
